The University of Texas at Austin and Texas Athletics will host an all-day celebration commemorating the Longhorns’ inaugural day in the Southeastern Conference. The SEC Celebration will take place Sunday, June 30, from 1 to 10 p.m. across campus. In addition to activities at the UT Tower, Main Mall and 21st Street, fans can experience the Forty Acres with free activities at University museums and centers — including the LBJ Presidential Library, Texas Science & Natural History Museum and Blanton Museum of Art — from 1 to 5 p.m.
Parking for the event will be free in designated University of Texas parking garages and surface lots beginning at 11 a.m. *Please note that parking at San Jacinto Garage adjacent to the museum will be extremely limited during this event.
