Discovery Center

Explore the science of paleontology in this new gallery designed for young learners (opening later this month).

Hands-on exhibit stations provide an opportunity to carefully examine evidence from our fossil record and to practice scientific thinking skills. The Discovery Center is also home to the museum’s extensive educational collection. Museum educators lead hands-on activities that engage visitors with fossils at the center’s Discovery Desk.
