Spend the afternoon exploring Texas’ natural history, from the formation of our planet, through the age of dinosaurs to the wildlife that calls Texas home today. See fascinating fossils of dinosaurs and other creatures, discover fascinating examples of Texas wildlife, touch authentic meteorites and walk beneath the soaring 33-foot wingspan of a pterosaur alongside an awe-inspiring tyrannosaur.
The museum is open Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m. (last admission at 4:30 p.m.). No tickets required. For directions, parking, accessibility details, and stroller information, visit our Plan Your Visit page.
This is a featured event in the Texas Science Festival, a two-week-long celebration of scientific discovery and learning in Texas and beyond.
